Well I just happen to know some Vista tricks that will help you.  Did you know that Microsoft allows you to extend your evaluation period?  You can do this up to three times!    yes it's legal... and will only take you a few minutes.

Step 1:
Open up the command prompt in administrator mode by opening the start menu, and type in "cmd" in the search box.  Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter when it finds cmd.exe

Step 2:
The first command you will want to run is:
cscript /h:cscript - This changes the script host to CScript.exe instead of WScript which will have annoying popups.

Step 3:

Enter the following command:
slmgr -rearm - This will use Vista's built-in Software Licensing Manager (SLMGR) to extend the activation deadline 30 days.  If it works, you will see "Command completed successfully. Please restart the system for changes to take effect."

This can only be done three times before you are unable to extend the evaluation time.

Do you want to know how to get past the three time limit?  To bypass the limit on how many times you can extend your evaulation period, simply do the following:

Step 1:
Press Windows_key+R to open up "Run"
Type "regedit" in the box and press enter.

Step 2:
Locate the following Registry Key:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mircosoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\SL

Step 3:
Right-click the registry key named SkipRearm and click edit.  The default is a Dword value, usually 00000000.  Change this value to 00000001, save the change, and close the window.

Step 5:
Open up the command prompt as administrator and use the slmgr -rearm command.

Hope this has helped!
